accadis Hochschule Bad Homburg (formerly International Business School Bad Homburg ) is a private, state-recognized university in Bad Homburg vor der Höhe in Hesse . Accadis Bildungs ​​GmbH is responsible for this.

In 1990, the year it was founded, it was one of the first business schools in Germany to award bachelor's degrees in cooperation with American and British partner universities .

Since 2004 it has been state-approved as a university of applied sciences by the Hessian Ministry for Science and Art and has been state-recognized since 2007. Constructor University is an international, private, residential research university located in Vegesack, Bremen, Germany. It offers study programs in engineering, humanities, natural and social sciences, in which students can acquire bachelor's, master's or doctorate degrees. Most of the instruction at the university is in English. Constructor University’s students come from more than 110 countries, with about 80% foreign students and approximately 33% international faculty members.

EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht (literally "university for business and law"), more commonly referred to as EBS Universität or simply EBS, is a private, state-approved research university for business and law located in Wiesbaden and Oestrich-Winkel. The university was founded in 1971 as European Business School and its activities focus on three core areas: undergraduate degree programs, postgraduate degree programs, and executive education. The EBS Universität has the right to award doctorates and habilitations and is the oldest private university in Germany. Its current president is Günther Oettinger, former EU Commissioner and former Minister-president of the state of Baden-Württemberg.

GISMA Business School is a privately owned business school in Germany with its main site in Hannover and a branch in Berlin. It was launched in September 1999 as a joint initiative by the German state of Lower Saxony and several large private-sector companies that were based there. In financial difficulty after its partnership with Krannert School of Management ended, GISMA was rescued from bankruptcy when it was bought by the for-profit education company Global University Systems in September 2013.

As of 2018 it offers a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, including MBAs, all of which are delivered and awarded by external institutions, as well as short courses in executive education.

SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences (formerly known as OTA Hochschule) is a state-accredited private university in Berlin which is part of SRH Holding. The university of applied sciences was founded in 2002. The introduction of English-speaking academic programmes at Bachelor's and Master's level began in 2006. SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences offers Bachelor's, Master's and MBA programmes in German and English. The university of applied sciences is characterised by its international orientation and student body and the various collaborations with partner universities around the globe. There are currently more than 2200 students enrolled at the private university.

The University of Europe for Applied Sciences, shortened as UE, is a private, for-profit university in Germany with its main campus and administrative headquarters in Iserlohn and further campuses in Berlin, Potsdam, Hamburg and Dubai.

It was formed in 2017 as the University of Applied Sciences Europe by a merger of the Business and Information Technology School and the Berliner Technische Kunsthochschule. The university was previously owned by the American company Laureate Education and was acquired by Global University Systems in 2018. In October 2020, the university changed its name to University of Europe for Applied Sciences.
