The Canadian University Dubai, popularly known as CUD, is a private university in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, founded in 2006. The Institute of Management Technology-Dubai (IMTD) is an international business school. It is certified by the Ministry of Higher Education, UAE; the Institute is licensed by MOHESR and KHDA, and all its programs are accredited by the CAA. Middlesex University Dubai (MDX Dubai) (Arabic: جامعة ميدلسكس دبي, romanized: Jāmiʿah Mīdilsaks Dubaī) is an offshore campus of Middlesex University London in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Situated across two locations in Dubai Knowledge Park and Dubai International Academic City, the campus was inaugurated in 2005 and currently has over 4,500 students from over 110 studying across both locations. Dr Cedwyn Fernandes is Director of Middlesex University Dubai, alongside his duties as Pro-Vice Chancellor of Middlesex University London. Middlesex University's student body has over 37,000 students from more than 140 nationalities.

Murdoch University Dubai is an Australian university campus located in Dubai Knowledge Park, in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates; it is a branch campus of Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia. Murdoch University Dubai was inaugurated in Dubai International Academic City in 2008 by Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, the UAE Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The campus was extended to 27,000 square feet, double its original size, in 2020. The new campus, which opened in July 2020, was designed by Woods Bagot, and constructed by KPS. It is intended to support expanded facilities in Artificial Intelligence and cybersecurity. The completed multi-million dollar campus sat empty for a period because of restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, in a period where new admissions for institutions across Dubai fell by 50%. The University established a hardship fund for students impacted by the pandemic.

Rochester Institute of Technology of Dubai (RIT Dubai) is a satellite campus of Rochester Institute of Technology, New York, USA, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The college is located in the Dubai Silicon Oasis and started offering part-time graduate courses in Fall 2008. In 2009, the university began its full-time graduate program. RIT Dubai's first graduating class was in 2010, with the graduation ceremony taking place in Rochester, NY. In 2010, a full-time undergraduate program was started as part of the university's planned expansion. In the fall of 2011, RIT Dubai moved its campus to a new premises to accommodate the growing student body. By 2019, RIT plans to expand the campus to 1,000,000 square feet (93,000 m2) to provide facilities for 4,000 students.

The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management (EAHM) in Dubai is the first and only home-grown hospitality management university in the Middle East. The university is part of the Jumeirah Group and Dubai Holding which holds hotels such as the Burj Al Arab,Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and the Madinat Jumeirah heritage and leisure complex. EAHM offers undergraduate and postgraduate levels programmes along with short courses and Executive programmes.

The University of Birmingham has an affliated Dubai campus established in 2017 at Dubai International Academic City (DIAC). They have since moved from the DIAC headquarters with the construction of a new campus in 2022 in the same area, inaugrated by the Dubai crown prince Hamdan Bin Mohammed Al Maktoum. The campus boasts of having all faculty flown in or permanently staffed from the UK campus. 

University of Stirling Dubai campus is located at the entrance of Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) City, in close proximity to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed road. It is easy to get to the campus from the neighbouring emirates, with University buses running daily between the campus and all emirates. It takes around 45 minutes to just over an hour, depending on where you start your journey.

The University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD) Arabic: جامعة ولونغونغ في دبي) is an offshore campus of the University of Wollongong in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Established in 1993, the university is located in the Dubai Knowledge Park and serves over 3,500 students from more than 108 countries. Unlike other foreign universities in the UAE, the University of Wollongong in Dubai is an autonomous and separate entity. While affiliated to the University of Wollongong in Australia, it remains a distinct university that is independent from the mother institution.
